Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Traffic Corps is preparing four security clusters ahead of Operation Ketupat 2025, a mass homecoming operation during the upcoming Eid season. 

INP Head of Traffic Inspector General Agus Suryonogroho explained on Monday (17/2/2025) that security measures have been designed for various routes including toll roads, alternative urban routes, and major inter-island crossings at ports such as Merak and Banyuwangi.

"To plan the security scenario for Operasi Ketupat, we evaluated that there are four clusters that we need to prepare," he said during a briefing at Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal in East Jakarta, as quoted by antaranews.com.

Authorities, in coordination with the Ministry of Transportation and other agencies, have reviewed last year’s vulnerabilities and are implementing improvements such as managing rest areas and addressing road narrowing on toll roads.
