Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) are urging the public to anticipate potential traffic congestion around Jakarta’s Monas area ahead of the 79th Bhayangkara Day celebrations on 1 July 2025.
“We ask for the public’s understanding and patience due to possible traffic disruptions caused by preparations and the main event,” said INP Public Relations Division Head of Public Information Bureau Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko on Wednesday (25/6/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.
President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to lead the main ceremony as inspector of the parade. The event will include a military-style procession featuring the INP tactical vehicles and a large-scale deployment of personnel and equipment, which may impact surrounding traffic flow.
To minimize disruption, the iNP is coordinating with local authorities and will regularly update the public through official communication channels.
“Bhayangkara Day is not just a ceremony — it is a reflection of our responsibility to the people,” Chief Trunoyudo added.
