The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB) held an evaluation and gave awards for 2021 public services within the scope of the Resort Police, Polresta, and Polrestabes, in the Awaluddin Djamin Hall, the Jakarta Police Criminal Investigation Unit Building (Thursday (10/3/2022).
In this agenda, the Banjarmasin Police (Polresta Banjarmasin), Banjarbaru Police (Polres Banjarbaru), Tapin Police (Polres Tapin), and South Hulu Sungai Police (Polres HSS) also received the awards in the prime category.
Meanwhile, the awards in the outstanding category were won by the Banjar Police (Polres Banjar), the Hulu Sungai Tengah Police (Polres Central Hulu Sungai), the Tabalong Police (Polres Tabalong), the Tanah Laut Police (Polres Tanah Laut), the Tanah Bumbu Police (Polres Tanah Bumbu), and the Kotabaru Police (Polres Kotabaru).
Six aspects become the basis of the assessment based on the Regulation of the Minister of PANRB No. 17/2017. The six aspects are service policies, professionalism of the human resources, infrastructure, public service information systems, consultations and complaints, and public service innovations.
Menpan RB, Tjahjo Kumolo conveyed, all government agencies and institutions, especially the Police must be consistent in improving the quality of public services. As the instructions of the President of the Republic of Indonesia said that in every state apparatus, there must be a spirit of serving and helping the community.
The purpose of the award is to give appreciation and encourage the public service providers to continue to make improvements in improving the quality of public services.
"The Submission of Evaluation Results and Public Service Awards, aims to widely publicize the achievements that have been achieved by each unit, so it is hoped that it will spark a positive competition to improve the quality of public services," said Menpan RB.
The activity was attended by the South Kalimantan Police Chief (Kapolda Kalsel), Inspector General Drs. Rikwanto, S.H., M.Hum., and accompanied by Irwasda, Karo Rena, Director of Intelkam, Head of Propam, and Head of SIM Head of Traffic Directorate of the South Kalimantan Police virtually in the Monitoring Room of the South Kalimantan Police Center.
Kapolda Kalsel appreciates the achievements achieved by his staff and asks to continue to provide the best service to the entire community, as well as improve the quality of public services as a symbol of the Police's strong commitment to continue to serve the community.
