Riau Islands Police Chief (Kapolda Kepri) Inspector General Aris Budiman, M.Sc., officially opened the Skills Training and Debriefing for the Riau Islands Provincial Police (Polda Kepri) Civil Servants who are entering the T.A. 2022, which will be held at the Lancang Kuning Building, the Riau Islands Police.
Kapolda Riau, the high officials of Polda Kepri, PT BTPN TBK Representatives, PT ASABRI Representatives, Riau Islands Police PP Representative AKBP (Purn) Winarno, was seen in the event.
In his remarks, Kapolda Riau said retirement is not the final stage of struggle and dedication, it is a new beginning to develop interests, talents, hobbies, and various plans that may not have been realized while serving in the National Police.
In order to prepare the personnel before retirement, the National Police institution facilitates the provision of skills training and debriefing for personnel who will enter retirement 3, 4, and 5 years in the future by inviting speakers. It is hoped that this briefing will provide positive benefits and foster extra motivation to improve the performance of members in carrying out their remaining years of service to the Polri institution.
"Use this opportunity to increase your knowledge and skills. Hopefully, this can later be useful for self-development and second-carrier opportunities in your retirement years later," said Kapolda Kepri
Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of Polda Kepri, Commissioner Harry Goldenhardt S., S.IK., M.Sc., said that the number of participants who took part in the briefing and skills training was 35 personnel and virtually 113 personnel.
