Kompolnas Visits NTT Regional Police to Collect Data on Officers Track Record

inp.polri.go.id - Kupang. The  East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police hosted a working visit from the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) to collect data (Puldata) on the track records of middle-ranking and high-ranking police officers.
 
In his remarks, the Head of Human Resources of the NTT Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Juli Agung Pramono, emphasized the importance of this activity as part of a joint effort to improve the institution.

"The data collection activity carried out by the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) is strategically important, with the hope of establishing an accurate and comprehensive database to support career development, competency development, and more objective and proportional personnel placement," said Juli Agung Pramono while reading the remarks from the NTT Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Rudi Darmoko.

In his remark, Rudi also emphasized that this activity demonstrates a shared commitment to ensuring a transparent, accountable, and merit-based police personnel development system.

To that end, Rudi in his written statement issued several directives to all levels of the NTT Regional Police, urging them to fully support the implementation of the Data Collection; to provide valid, complete, and accountable data and information; to demonstrate an open, cooperative, and responsive attitude to the needs of Kompolnas; and to use the results of this activity as evaluation material to improve the quality of police human resource management within the NTT Regional Police.

"We and all levels of NTT Regional Police extend our warmest welcome and highest appreciation for the visit of the Kompolnas Team. We are ready to fully support all series of data collection activities as a manifestation of our shared commitment to building a better police institution," he continued.

Concluding his remarks, Rudi emphasized the NTT Regional Police's commitment to continuously improving the quality of human resources through a merit-based, transparent, and high-integrity development system.

Meanwhile, Member of Kompolnas, Mochammad Choirul Anam, in his remarks said that the Puldata activity aims to obtain a real track record of the middle-ranking and high-ranking police officers currently serving at the NTT Regional Police.
