Inp.polri.go.id - Bandarlampung. Chief of Lampung Regional Police Inspector General Helmy Santika has handed over the suspects and evidence of a case related to the international drug network involving Fredy Pratama to the Lampung High Prosecutor's Office on Thursday (26/10/23).
"Today signifies the second phase of legal proceedings for Dedy Setiawan and Achmad Afandi. Additionally, a total of IDR 24.4 billion has been confiscated from two suspects," he explained.
Among the evidence confiscated are three debit cards, four mobile phones, and a four-wheeled vehicle, Chief Helmy added.
In a previous statement, the police chief said that the Lampung Regional Police force had handed over four suspects and evidence totaling more than IDR 5.376 billion to the Lampung High Prosecutor's Office. These individuals, namely M. Ahyat Roja'i, Muhammad Fikri Naufal, Yusuf Pribadi, and Andri Gustami, were under the jurisdiction of the Lampung High Prosecutor's Office.
He reiterated the commitment of the Lampung Regional Police in combating drug trafficking, both nationally and internationally, with the goal of protecting the younger generation from the scourge of drug abuse.
