Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, Erick Thohir, confirmed that the establishment of the Investment Management Agency, Daya Anagata Nusantara (BPI Danantara), has been approved under the Third Amendment to Law No. 19 of 2003 on State-Owned Enterprises.
In his speech at the House of Representatives (DPR) at Tuesday (4/2/2025), he explained that BPI Danantara will oversee the operational management of state-owned enterprises and optimize dividend handling to support the government’s goal of 8% economic growth.
"BPI Danantara will play a critical role in managing BUMN operations and maximizing dividend potential to help achieve the government's economic objectives," Minister Erick said, as quoted by antaranews.com.
Minister Erick also highlighted that the law revision strengthens asset management, human resource policies, and governance principles, ensuring greater corporate agility. The reforms aim to boost state-owned enterprises competitiveness and support Indonesia’s economic goals.
