The volcanic activity was seen since Sunday morning until 12:00 WIB. The observer also seen an eruption that emitted white clouds to 500 meters high towards Southwest. In total, until Sunday noon, at 12:00 WIB, the vulcanic mountain have caused 48 eruptions. “There are three vulcanic eruptions with the amplitude of 4-7 mm for 50-55 seconds, and another five eruptions with the amplitude of 3-18 mm, with the duration of 18-56 seconds,” said the officials of Volcano Observation Post of Semeru, Mukdas Sofian, quoted from pmjnews.com, Sunday (11/12).
