inp.polri.go.id - The Community Development Task Force of Cartenz Peace Ops held Si Ipar program by teaching the kids of Illaga District, Puncak Regency, how to read, write, and count, Saturday (8/13).
The Head Ops of Puncak Police, Ipda Yan Amos Wambraw, along with the Community Development personnel of Cartenz Peace Ops, went to Kago Village to teach the children how to read, write, and count.
“We hope that by intensifying this program, the children will then know how to read and count, so that when they return back to school, they can follow the subjects with ease,” said Ipda Yan.
During the program, the approach used by the personnel is by learning by playing, so that the children could easily remember what they have learned.
“The children seems enthusiastic, seen by their joyfull laugh. We also gave them some smal prizes for those who can answer our questions,” told Ipda Yan.
Meanwhile, the Head of Public Realtions of Cartenz Peace Ops, Commissioner Ahmad Musthofa Kamal, said that the program was intended to encourage the children in learning, while also to spent their free times with some positive activities. Through this program, the police also wants to make the children familiar with them so they would not be scared with Indonesian security apparatus.
