Inp.polri.go.id - Kupang.  East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police spokesperson Senior Superintendent Ariasandy has reaffirmed the force’s commitment to investigating allegations of fuel mafia activity in the region.

Speaking at NTT Police Headquarters on Thursday (17/10/2024), he urged the public to report any suspicious activities and provide supporting evidence.

"NTT Police welcomes anyone with information on disturbing cases, such as the fuel mafia, to come forward and submit evidence. We will investigate," Chief Ariasandy said.

He emphasized that any police officers found involved in illegal activities would face consequences under the Police Professional Ethics Code (KKEP) and criminal law.

He also expressed support for recent public demonstrations demanding action against the fuel mafia, affirming the police’s commitment to addressing the issue.

In the same briefing, Chief Ariasandy addressed the dismissal of Second Inspector Rudi Soik, who was involved in 12 disciplinary and ethical violations. The decision was made after extensive reviews.
