Inp.polri.go.id - Jayapura. The Narcotics Directorate of the Papua Regional Police conducted drug awareness campaign in a number of night entertainment venues in Jayapura, Papua.

Led by Assistant First Police Inspector Arie Wibisono, the Head of Operations in the Papua Police Narcotics Directorate, the initiative targeted night clubs, which are identified as vulnerable to drug abuse.

He emphasized on Thursday (9/5/2024) the importance of this campaign in preventing drug abuse and trafficking, 

"We aim to educate the public about the severe consequences of drug-related crimes, which greatly impact our nation's future," Chief Arie said.
