This time, as many as 225 officers, including 38 high-ranking officers, were rotated by Kapolri. Among the most important is the replacement of several departmental police chiefs at Polda Metro Jaya. Like all previous mutations, the role rotation in the Police is also part of a refresher for an organization as big as the Indonesian National Police (Polri). Through this periodic mutation, it is hoped that it will improve the performance of the personnel at all levels. In addition, the change of positions at middle and high-ranking officers is also expected to produce the best candidates for the leadership of the National Police in the future.
