inp.polri.go.id - Bangka Belitung. The Head of the Profession and Security Division of the Bangka Belitung Islands Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Ferdiansyah, reiterated the importance of all personnel maintaining the image and good name of the police.  

Ferdiansyah conveyed several of the Bangka Belitung Regional Police Chief's emphases regarding service and the implementation of duties in the field. One of the main points was the importance of empathy in providing services to the public.

"Personnel assigned to the Integrated Police Service Center, Driver's License Administration Unit, or other service units must have empathy. People who come to the police station are those who need help," said Ferdiansyah.

The Head of Propam also emphasized the importance of personnel providing maximum service and not making it difficult for the public to file reports.

Furthermore, Ferdiansyah also reminded personnel to always be polite while carrying out their duties in the field.

Regarding the handling of reports of public disturbances, he requested that every report be responded to quickly, even if necessary by directly checking the reported location.
