inp.polri.go.id - A total of 39 Drug Investigation (Ditresnarkoba) personnel under the ranks of the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi (Polda Sultra) received a special gift from the Head of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police (Kapolda Sultra), Inspector General Drs. Teguh Pristiwanto, amidst the momentum of Bhayangkara's 76th Birthday celebration. The award is none other than to appreciate their achievements in uncovering the drug trafficking networks. Director of Drug Investigation (Diresnarkoba) of Polda Sultra, Commissioner Bambang Tjahjo Bawono, said that the dozens of personnel who received the reward were divided into three teams. There are 27 personnel from Sub-Directorate II and Sub-Directorate III of Drugs Directorate of Polda Sultra and 12 other personnel from the Kendari Police. "Overall, there are 39 personnel who received an award from the Police Chief. The award was handed over directly amidst the momentum of Bayangkara's 76th anniversary," explained Diresnarkoba Polda Sultra. The charter, emphasized Diresnarkoba Polda Sultra, is very useful for their career paths, and so on. The awards are based on strict assessment criteria. The main element is assessed from the aspect of quantity and quality of disclosure of drug trafficking. "This means that the disclosed network must be of high quality and the quantity must be above 1 kilogram of disclosure," explained Diresnarkoba Polda Sultra. Head of Narcotics Unit of Kendari Police, AKP Hamka, admitted that he was very grateful and proud of the teamwork of his unit in disclosing the illicit drug trafficking. For this hard work, 12 of his personnel received awards. "This achievement will encourage us even more to eradicate narcotics trafficking in Kendari City. So that the community, especially the younger generation, is protected from the potential dangers of these illicit goods," explained AKP Hamka.
