Inp.polri.go.id - West Pesisir.  The Lampung Regional Police and the Indonesian National Police (INP) Headquarters conducted a comprehensive risk assessment in Tanjung Setia, ahead of the WSL Krui Pro 2025 surfing championship set for 10–17 June 2025.

“The Lampung Police are committed to supporting the success of Krui Pro WSL 2025 as a flagship sport tourism event in the province,” said Lampung Police Head of Public relations Senior Superintendent Yuni Iswandari on Tuesday (3/6/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.

The assessment reviewed six key areas: infrastructure, health services, security, safety, potential crime, and media information. Authorities evaluated access routes, parking, emergency lanes, and medical readiness.

“International events like this require measurable and integrated security planning. This assessment is our first step in ensuring optimal protection,” Chief Yuni explained, as quoted by antaranews.com

Safety procedures for disasters and potential terrorism were also reviewed. Communication infrastructure—including signage, digital information, and emergency response systems—was also assessed to ensure public access and preparedness throughout the event.
