This conclusion was reached after police conducted a thorough investigation, gathering evidence and interviewing several witnesses related to the discovery of the victim's body.

The Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Sub-regional Metro Police, Superintendent Iskandarsyah, emphasized that the investigation revealed no indication of a crime. Therefore, the police have decided to discontinue the investigation.

"No criminal activity was found, and we must discontinue the investigation regarding the discovery of Ms. LL's body," explained Iskandarsyah in a press conference on Friday (1/30/2026).

Iskandarsyah also confirmed that examination of evidence at the scene and witness statements showed no signs of violence or unlawful acts against the victim.

"We have reviewed the evidence and witness statements; there are no signs of violence or unlawful acts," he said.
