inp.polri.go.id - Bengkulu. The Vice Chief of the Bengkulu Regional Police, Brigadier General Dicky Sondani,monitored flood-prone areas and areas prone to falling trees in several areas of Bengkulu City, including Tanjung Agung, on Monday, August 11, 2025.

This activity was conducted to assess the latest conditions on the ground and ensure personnel were prepared to deal with potential flooding and fallen trees during the rainy season.

By conducting this monitoring, Dicky can make quick decisions if evacuations or additional assistance are needed. This activity also demonstrates the Bengkulu Regional Police's commitment to maintaining the security and safety of the Bengkulu community, especially in the flood-prone area of Tanjung Agung.

This monitoring of flood-prone areas and fallen trees is carried out to anticipate potential disasters that may occur during the rainy season. This way, the Bengkulu Regional Police can be better prepared to deal with potential disasters and provide necessary assistance to the community.
