inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Security Maintenance Agency prepares two ambulance helicopters for the 2025 Eid homecoming and return flow.

The Head of the Security Maintenance Agency, Commissioner General Fadil Imran, explained that the provision of the helicopters was an effort to improve public safety during the homecoming and return flow, as well as part of Operation Ketupat 2025.

"This is a strategic solution to ensure a quick response in handling emergency situations, especially traffic accidents on toll roads," said Fadil on Tuesday (3/18/2025).

In addition, he said that the two air ambulances were part of INP's efforts to be present during the golden time. Golden time is a medical term usually referred to critical times when prompt medical care can significantly improve a patient's chances of survival.

Furthermore, he stated that the two helicopters were NBO 105/P-1104, and NBO 105/P-1105.

He explained that the NBO 105/P-1104 helicopter will be placed on the Cikampek-Palimanan Toll Road, and the Cipali Toll Road as they are the main routes for travelers from Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) to Central Java and East Java.

"Then, the NBO 105/P-1105 helicopter operates on the Palimanan-Pejagan, Pejagan-Pemalang, and Pemalang-Batang Toll Roads, which are points prone to traffic congestion and accidents," said Fadil.

Fadil assured that the two helicopters are equipped with complete standard emergency evacuation medical equipment.

"In the future, we will continue to develop and expand the scope of this air ambulance service so that we can protect and serve more people," concluded the Head of the Security and Public Order Agency.
