inp.polri.go.id - South Kalimantan. The Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) of the South Kalimantan Regional Police distributed 985 free nutritious food packages to students of 5 Junior High School Banjarbaru on Tuesday (10/21/2025). This activity demonstrates the Indonesian National Police (INP)'s commitment to pay attention to the nutrition and health of the younger generation.

The 985 food packages distributed not only meet nutritional needs but are also designed to appeal to the students. The menu includes healthy foods such as rice, animal and plant-based side dishes, vegetables, and fruit.

To assure the students that the food provided is truly healthy, safe, and hygienic, the officials of South Kalimantan Regional Police went directly to the field and shared lunch with the students. By sitting together and eating the same meal, they aimed to provide reassurance and set a good example.

South Kalimantan Regional Police Public Relations Chief, Senior Superintendent Adam Erwindi stated in a statement that South Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Inspector General Rosyanto Yudha Hermawan, assured the students that the food is hygienic and healthy.

"This is a program from President Prabowo Subianto that we continue to develop and improve its quality. Going forward, to improve the quality of the SPPG, we are bringing in a washing machine for even more hygienic and healthy cleaning," stated Rosyanto in his official statement.

He also invited school principals and teachers to collaborate in overseeing the preparation of free, nutritious meals as preparing meals for over 3,000 people is no easy feat.

"If any food found to be abnormal or stale from the South Kalimantan Regional Police's SPPG, all food can be recalled and returned to us. We will then replace it with fresher food," he concluded.
