Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto has signed a legal rehabilitation letter for former CEO of the high-profile PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry Ira Puspadewi, according to Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (DPR) Sufmi Dasco Ahmad on Tuesday i(25/11/2025).
In addition to Ira, former ASDP Directors Muhammad Yusuf Hadi and Harry Muhammad Adhi Tjaksono were also granted the rehabilitation.
“After communication with the government, today, President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Prabowo Subianto, has signed a rehabilitation letter for the three names,” he told reporters, alongside State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi and Cabinet Secretary Lieutenant Colonel Teddy Indra Wijaya.
Dasco said the President considered the DPR’s continued correspondence with the government as the case gained momentum since July 2024. The DPR had received multiple public complaints and instructed Commission III to conduct a legal review, which was later submitted to the executive branch.
The case involves decision-making at the state-owned ferry operator between 2019 and 2022, linked to partnership and acquisition actions deemed unlawful by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), despite no personal financial gain being proven for Ira.
