Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  President Prabowo Subianto has signed Presidential Decree No. 2 of 2025, establishing 10 collective leave days for civil servants throughout the year. 

The decree, signed on Thursday, aims to streamline work schedules and provide clear leave arrangements for government employees, according to antaranews.com on Friday (17/1/2025).

The designated collective leave days are:

1. 28 January 2025 – Chinese New Year

2. 28 March 2025 – Nyepi Day

3. 2, 3,4 and 7 April 2025 – Eid al-Fitr

4. 13 May 2025 – Vesak Day

5. 30 May 2025 – Ascension of Jesus Christ

6. 9 June 2025 – Eid al-Adha

7. 26 December 2025 – Christmas

The decree clarifies that these collective leave days will not reduce civil servants' annual leave entitlements. Those unable to take leave due to work obligations will receive additional annual leave as compensation.

The State Secretariat confirmed the policy is effective immediately.
