Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto signed Government Regulation (PP) No. 47 of 2024 on Tuesday, (5/11/2024) aimed at eliminating outstanding debts owed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in sectors like agriculture, plantation, livestock, fisheries, and others.
During the signing ceremony e at the Merdeka Palace, President Prabowo signed three documents covering fisheries and marine, agriculture, plantation, livestock, and other MSMEs, witnessed by various government officials and MSME business associations, according to antaranews.com.
He expected that this regulation would support agricultural producers and fishermen, essential contributors to the nation's food supply, enabling them to continue and strengthen their businesses.
The regulation will be implemented with specific technical requirements managed by relevant ministries and agencies.
The ceremony concluded with a symbolic handover of the regulation documents to groups including the Indonesian Palm Oil Farmers Association (Apkasindo) and the Palm Oil Farmers Union (SPKS).
