The National Police Chief's instructions have already begun to be carried out by the ranks of the National Police, Regional Police, Resort Police and even the Sector Police. Raids and arrests of large and small bookies and gamblers have begun to be carried out by the ranks of the Police. Sympathy and support continue to flow towards the National Police Chief and the National Police who act decisively against gambling. The Chairperson of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), Puan Maharani Nakshatra Kusyala Devi, also gave her strong support to the National Police Chief regarding the act against gambling practices by anyone, including the police personnel themselves. The assertiveness of the National Police Chief's stance is a warning to the emergence of the issue of the "303 Consortium" which is suspected of backing various illegal businesses, one of which is gambling. Puan highly appreciates the Police which immediately explores the information related to allegations of police officers involved in various criminal cases, from online gambling to drug trafficking. She also ensured that the DPR RI would continue to monitor the performance of the Police. Puan ensured that the DPR would participate in overseeing the issues related to the 303 Consortium because it had become the public's attention.
