inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Manpower Secretariat General officially launched the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) and the Fraud Control System (SIKENCUR) on Monday (9/22/2025).
This step is an important effort to realize a clean, transparent government free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN).
In his remarks, the Vice Minister of Manpower emphasized that integrity and public trust are the foundations of modern organizations, but challenges to these values are increasingly complex, especially in the form of bribery and fraud.
"Bribery and fraud are not only financially detrimental, but also damage reputation and public trust. Therefore, the implementation of SMAP and SIKENCUR is important to build a clean, transparent, and accountable work culture," said the Deputy Minister of Manpower, Tuesday (23/9/2025).
He added, in order to implement SMAP & SIKENCUR effectively, there are several important things that need to be understood and implemented simultaneously, starting from a deep understanding of the potential risks of bribery and fraud in all business processes, both risks originating from internal and external, the application of anti-bribery and fraud principles/pillars, and most importantly, strengthening a culture of integrity.
"No matter how good the system is, it will not be successful if it is not accompanied by a work culture that upholds integrity. Therefore, it requires exemplary leadership, continuous human resource development, and the courage of employees to report irregularities without fear," explained Vice Minister of Manpower.
Meanwhile, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower, Cris Kuntadi, in his report said that the launch of SMAP and SIKENCUR is the first step in improving the internal system of the ministry as well as a message to the public that his ministry is committed to restoring the institution's reputation.
"The goal is to revive anti-bribery and anti-fraud awareness, and to help organizations face integrity risks by creating a clean, measurable, and accountable work environment," explained Cris.
