The police also secured evidence in the form of a mobile phone, SIM card, Twitter account in the name of the perpetrator's Tiger Andalas and the perpetrator's identity card. For his actions, the perpetrator can be applied to Article 45A paragraph 2 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions also Article 28 paragraph 2 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and or Article 14 paragraph 2 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Law Regulations.
