Inp.polri.go.id – Riau. Riau Regional Police Chief, Inspector Regional Mohammad Iqbal led the welcoming parade of assigned personnel after securing polling stations of 2024 General Elections. The parade was held at Riau Regional Police HQ field on Sunday (2/18/2024). Previously the assigned personnel security and Riau Mobile Brigade joint personnel have performed their duty since Sunday 11th February to 17th February in 12 regencies/cities of Riau with total personnel of 1,664. Inspector Regional Mohammad Iqbal conveys his highest respect and proud for the excellent performance of his personnel in securing the election process. “I, as the police chief of Riau Regional Police welcome our colleagues with respect and proud. We are proud for your dedication and sacrifice for the past few days in securing the voting process,” said Riau Regional Police Chief. Furthermore, Iqbal also conveyed his gratitude and proud for the personnel capabilities in media management. “Prior 14th February, 2024, you have performed your duty in accordance to the Standard Operational Procedure, recognize each of your neighborhood, identify security threats, embracing the community, PPK, religious and local figures, PPS, military and police personnel, and others so that personnel could perform their duties with ease.
