The two suspects who are currently being detained will be charged with Article 83 paragraph 1 letter b in conjunction with Article 12 letter e of Law No. 18 of 2013 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction with a minimum imprisonment of one year and a maximum of five years and and a fine ranging from Rp500,000 to Rp2.5 billion.
