South Sumatra Regional Police Reviews the Palembang-Betung Toll Road Section

inp.polri.go.id - South Sumatra. The Head of South Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Andi Rian R Djajadi directly reviews the Palembang-Betung Toll Road that is effectively operated for the homecoming flow.

The Palembang-Betung Toll Road of Musi Landas-Pulau Rimau section has the length of 33 kilometers long from the Rengas toll gate. The toll road will start operating on Monday, March 24, 2025.

Andi says that according to the Joint Decree (SKB) of three ministers regarding restrictions on heavy transport vehicles with three axles, the Palembang-Betung toll road will be operational starting from March 24, 2025 to April 2, 2025.

"This toll road has been opened for passenger vehicles and essential goods transportation, while non-passenger vehicles with three axles or more are directed to pass through Jalan Lintas Timur Sumatera (national road). This toll road section is open from March 24 to April 2, 2025," said the South Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Andi Rian R Djajadi, while reviewing the toll road section on Sunday (3/23/2025).
