inp.polri.go.id - Central Java. The Mobile Brigade of Central Java Regional Police held a mass corn harvest in Ngareanak Village, Kendal Regency, in support of the national food security program. 

The harvest that began on Saturday (6/26/2026) was held on a 4.5 hectares of land and successfully yielded 8 tons of corn.

The activity was attended by the Commander of Central Java Regional Police Mobile Brigade, Senior Superintendent Noor Hudaya, along with key officials, and also the local figures.

Approximately 50 personnel, led by Yuniarto Assyidiq, were harvesting the corn along with the local denizens.

Noor says that the involvement of the mobile brigade unit is part of the police commitment in supporting the national food security program.

“Food security is part of a vital national program that requires support from many parties. By managing productive land and sustainable farming, we hope we can bring real benefit to the locals here while also strengthening national food sovereignty,” said Noor.

Meanwhile, Head of Central Java Regional Police Public Relations Chief, Senior Superintendent Artanto emphasized that their support on agricultural sectors is part of their implementation of the police’s motto that are oriented in public welfare.

“The involvement on mobile brigade corps in agriculture sector showed that the police are not here to protect and serve, but also contributing in supporting development and improvement of public welfare, which in this case is through the food sector,” says Artanto.
