inp.polri.go.id - North Sumatra. North Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Whisnu Hermawan Februanto, reaffirmed his commitment to upholding the institution's dignity and achieving "zero violations" at the 2026 leadership meeting held at the North Sumatra Regional Police in Medan.
The leadership meeting was attended by all senior officials of the North Sumatra Regional Police, along with staff from across North Sumatra. In his directive, Whisnu stated that there must be no abuse of authority or actions that harm the public. He emphasized that the dignity of the Indonesian National Police (INP) is the organization's pride and must be upheld together.
"Zero violations is not just a slogan, but a real commitment. Internal oversight must be strengthened and discipline must be enforced without compromise," he emphasized.
Whisnu also emphasized the need for all personnel to respond quickly to disinformation that could undermine public trust, prevent negative opinions, and prioritize transparent public communication.
"Ensure that we are always present, visible, and beneficial to the public through excellent service and swift, appropriate, and measured actions," he concluded.
Through the 2026 Leadership Meeting, the North Sumatra Regional Police reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening integrity, professionalism, and internal solidarity to support government work programs and maintain public order and security in North Sumatra.
