inp.polri.go.id – The use of land around the Police Mobile Brigade Headquarters of West Sulawesi as a plantation area reflects the institution’s effor in supporting food security in the region. This act of sincere was seen directly by the Acting Governor of West Sulawesi, Akmal Malik, during a visit to the Mobile Brigade Headquarters of the West Sulawesi Police, Sunday. The Governor of West Sulawesi appreciated the West Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade for being able to make more use of the land. "This is a good example to participate in maintaining food security," explained the Governor of West Sulawesi. During the visit, the Governor of West Sulawesi also stated the act of Mobile Brigade of the West Sulawesi should be a role model for others. This act will be socialized to the public so that every element, especially those in West Sulawesi, could also give their contribution in maintaining food security in West Sulawesi. The Commander of Polda Sulbar Mobile Brigade, Police Commissioner Iwan Sazali, S.I.K., said that the land in the West Sulawesi Regional Police Headquarters was originally used for future development, but considering that the land had not been used, it was used for plantation land instead. "This land has not been used, so we ordered our officers to carry out farming activities instead," explained Police Commissioner Iwan Sazali.
