inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated 1,179 SPPGs and 18 food security warehouses for the Indonesian National Police (INP). The INP Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo welcomed the President at the INP SPPG in Palmerah, West Jakarta.
"With respect, it is my pleasure for the President of the Republic of Indonesia to lead the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony for 1,179 SPPGs and the inauguration of 18 INP food security warehouses," said General Sigit in his remarks at the INP SPPG in Palmerah, West Jakarta, Friday (2/13/2026).
General Sigit revealed that currently, 411 SPPGs are running, 162 are in preparation for their running, 499 are under construction and will be completed by March 2026, and 107 have just been inaugurated. SPPG development is also evenly distributed to the outermost, most disadvantaged, and most remote (3T) regions.
General Sigit explained that once all the 1,179 SPPGs are operational, they are projected to benefit 2,947,500 people. Furthermore, the SPPGs could create 58,950 jobs.
"By 2026, we are targeting continued development to reach 1,500 SPPGs across Indonesia," said General Sigit.
