inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Food Task Force examined three suspects of rice adulteration case on Monday, August 4, 2025. The summons was the first since they were named suspects last week.

"As scheduled," states the Head of INP Food Task Force firmly, Brigadier General Helfi Assegaf, when confirmed on Monday (8/4/2025).

In this case, the three suspects are KG as the President Director of PT Food Station, RL as the Operational Director of PT Food Station, and RP as Head of the Quality Control Section of PT Food Station.

"The summons was at 10 a.m.," he explained.

The three suspects are alleged to have violated Article 62 in conjunction with Article 8 Paragraph 1, Letters A and F of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, for trading rice products that did not meet the quality standards stated on the packaging label.
