Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Jakarta Military Police Command has taken over the investigation into the alleged assault of actress Zaskia Adya Mecca’s employee reportedly by a member of the Indonesian Military (TNI).
The incident occurred on Monday morning in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, when Faisal, her employee, was escorting Zaskia’s child to school.
“Please follow up with the Military Police,” South Jakarta Regional Police Chief Senior Superintendent Nicolas Ary Lilipaly told reporters on Thursday (25/9/2025), confirming that the case is under military jurisdiction.
Police have reviewed CCTV footage and questioned three witnesses, including the victim and two local residents. However, the suspect’s identity remains unclear, partly because the motorcycle involved did not have a visible license plate, according to antaranews.com.
Faisal sustained minor bruises on his arms and legs but remains able to work. The case drew public attention after Zaskia shared the story on Instagram, calling for justice. The suspect, described as riding a pink Vespa, fled after briefly being restrained by residents.
