The East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Daniel Tahi Monang Silitonga led his party to warmly welcome the visit of Deputy Chief of Army Staff, Indonesian Military Force (TNI) Lieutenant General Arif Rahman and Udayana IX Regional Military Commander TNI Mayor General Harfendi in El Tari Kupang Airport on Thursday (1/18/2024). The welcoming ceremony was also enlivened by traditional greetings of NTT culture, including traditional welcoming ceremony by the Deputy Assistant III Regional Secretary for NTT and traditional dancing of natoni. The visit is part of TNI high officials agenda to inspect their units in the region. Moreover, the army entourage would also visit several places in Flores, including lending aid to the people affected by Lewotobi Eruption in East Flores. (ad/pt/pr/nm)
