inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Minister of Social Affairs, Saifullah Yusuf, monitored the distribution of the BLTS Kesra (Social Welfare Assistance) on the final day of disbursement. The monitoring was conducted to ensure that the assistance was received on target.

The monitoring took place at the Cikini Post Office, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (12/31/2025). This activity marked the end of the BLTS Kesra distribution for 2025.

"We hope this program can ease the burden on you all. Don't forget to prioritize the interests of your family," he said.

The BLTS Kesra was distributed to more than 35 million beneficiary families. A total of 18 million families received assistance through PT Pos Indonesia.

The amount of assistance reached IDR 300,000 per month for three months, bringing each family a total of IDR 900,000.

The Minister of Social Affairs reminded the public that the assistance should be used for basic family needs. He prohibited the use of BLTS for online gambling and non-essential expenses.

On the other hand, Minister Saifullah stated that the data for BLTS recipients is ever changing. The government has opened a mechanism for submitting proposals and objections through the neighborhood unit (RT) and the Cek Bansos (Social Security Check) application.

Distribution of BLTS in disaster areas reportedly exceeded 86 percent by the final day with the elderly and people with disabilities receiving the funds directly.

Acting President Director of PT Pos Indonesia, Haris, stated that the BLTS provisions involved more than 18 million families. The provision was conducted without a day off from mid-October until the final day.

Acting President Director Haris stated that the distribution was based on official government data. PT Pos continued its operations, including in disaster-affected areas, until the distribution was complete.
