If referring to the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 62 of 2021, the Government urges people not to return to their villages. Furthermore, the flow of inbound travellers from abroad will also be tightened to anticipate the return of migrant workers.
In addition, the Government allows all Christians to participate in Christmas Mass activities in congregation at the church with a limit of 50 percent of the total capacity of the church.
