Inp.polri.go.id - Badung. Badung Sub-regional Police in Bali confirmed they found no elements of pornography in content involving British content creator Tia Billingger, known as Bonnie Blue, who was detained during a studio raid in Pererenan on 4 December 2025.
“All 16 foreigner witnesses said they were filming a reality-show style entertainment video, and nothing constituted pornography,” said Bali Police Head of Public Relations Assistant First Inspector Ni Nyoman Ayu Inastuti on Wednesday (10/12/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.
Police said four foreigners initially suspected of taking part in pornographic acts were released because no criminal elements were identified. Fifteen Australian citizens detained during the raid were also freed.
Investigators examined recordings made at the studio and a hotel in Berawa but found no actions violating Indonesia’s Pornography Law or Information and Electronic Transaction Law. An expert assessment and a case exposition with the Badung Prosecutor’s Office confirmed the absence of criminal intent, as private sexual videos discovered on a suspect’s phone were not disseminated.
Although no pornography charges apply, police transferred four foreigners, including Bonnie Blue, to Immigration for alleged immigration violations.
