Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP)’s Criminal Investigation Agency cleared 94 percent of its cases throughout 2025, reflecting sustained law enforcement performance amid complex crime trends.
“During 2025, the Agency recorded 850 cases and successfully cleared 803 of them, resulting in a 94 percent clearance rate,” Criminal Investigation Chief Commissioner General Syahardiantono said at the INP Year-End Briefing on Tuesday (30/12/2025).
Nationally, police investigators handled 325,345 cases, with 248,076 resolved, producing an average clearance rate of 76.22 percent. East Java, Central Kalimantan, and Papua Police recorded clearance rates above 100 percent due to the resolution of backlog cases from previous years.
Chief Syahardiantono said priority enforcement focused on online gambling, narcotics, smuggling, and corruption, in line with President Prabowo Subianto’s Astacita vision, resulting in major asset seizures and suspect arrests.
He stressed that case handling is driven by legal obligations, not public pressure, rejecting the notion of “no viral, no justice” and reaffirming the INP’s commitment to equal law enforcement.
