Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Defense on Friday (26/12/2025) clarified that social media influencer Ayu Aulia has no official assignment, structural or non-structural, as part of its creative team, amid viral claims suggesting otherwise.

“The Ministry confirms that Ayu Aulia was not inaugurated, not appointed, and has no assignment whatsoever as a creative team member of the Ministry of Defense,” Ministry of Defense Head of Information Centre Brigadier General Rico Ricardo Sirait said, as quoted by antaranews.com

The clarification followed a video uploaded by Ayu Aulia on Instagram showing her attending an event labeled “inauguration,” which sparked public speculation. The Ministry explained that the event was organized by a civil society group that happened to use ministry premises in Jakarta.

According to Chief Rico, Ayu Aulia was invited solely as part of the organization’s creative team, not representing or working for the ministry.
