inp.polri.go.id - Papua. Dozens of Indonesian National Military (TNI) and Indonesian National Police (INP) members were deployed to Alama District for investigation following the murder of New Zealanders Pilot, Glen Malcom Conning, by the Armed Criminal Group.
“Yes, exactly 40 personnel have been deployed,” said the Head of Damai Cartenz Ops Public Relations Task Force, Senior Superintendent Bayu Suseno on Tuesday (8/6/2024).
Bayu explains that the body of Glen has been moved to Timika Hospital. For the repatriation of the body, it will be handled by the INP International Relations Division and Foreign Affairs Ministry.
“Usually, there will be parties from New Zealand that will pick up the victim,” said Bayu.
