“He usually surfed the internet and he learned the skill from the internet. Because he doesn’t have a car, he played a car simulator and was obsessed with it. This led to him to try to drive the real car,” says The South Jakarta Sub-regional Metro Police Public Relations Chief, Police Senior Inspector Nurma Dewi on Tuesday (8/6/2024).

Nurma says that police are questioning MP to find out the chronology behind the absurd incident.

“We have questioned the parents for this incident. As of now, we are examining four witnesses, the parents, the car owner, and a security guard. Following those examinations, we will also question witnesses at the scene,” explains Nurma Dewi.
