inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa has introduced a public complaints service called "Lapor Pak Purbaya" to accommodate public complaints regarding taxes and customs.

People with complaints about tax or customs services can send a direct message via WhatsApp to 082240406600.

"As I promised, complaints about customs issues, specifically customs and taxes, can be made to ‘Lapor Pak Purbaya’ at this number: 082240406600. This is for the public who have complaints about taxes, tax officials, or customs officials they deem incompetent, or any other tax or customs issues," said the Minister of Finance on Wednesday (10/15/2025).

He explained that the complaint number has been active since today and can be accessed by the public via WhatsApp. A special team from the Ministry of Finance has been set up to receive public reports.

However, the Minister of Finance explained that incoming messages will not receive an immediate response. Reports will be collected and sorted first to determine which ones can be followed up.

Through 'Lapor Pak Purbaya', the Minister of Finance hopes to increase public trust in tax and customs services. This service also demonstrates her commitment to ensuring the complaints process is transparent, fair, and accountable.

"We will validate first. Once validated, okay, we will follow up. So, we will work as hard as possible until there are no more complaints," concluded the Minister of Finance.
