"Update on the 11 injured victims, currently five have returned home and the remaining six are still being treated at the Ciawi Regional General Hospital," said the Head of Public Relations for the West Java Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Jules Abraham Abast, on Wednesday (2/5/2025).

Meanwhile, for the deceased victims, he said, until now they are still at the Ciawi Regional Hospital. The total number of deceased victims is known to be eight people.

"Meanwhile, the eight deceased victims are still in the Ciawi Regional Hospital morgue as the identification process related to the identities of the deceased victims is still being carried out by the West Java Regional Police's Medical Team," he explained.
