The man who is familiarly called Gus Yusuf also fully supports the National Police Chief's concrete steps in rolling up all gambling and drug practices. According to Gus Yusuf, in the case of Brigadier J, the National Police Chief has proved that law is blind and fair by naming the former Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo as suspect, based on strong evidence. "A number of other generals, as well as mid-level officers, were also removed and even locked up at the Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters," said Gus Yusuf, Tuesday (23/8/2022). He added that this only confirms that the National Police Chief is indiscriminate and ready to resolve this case. Anyone involved will be brought to justice. "This is as expected by the community, that before the law ,all are equal. We hope that this case can be a lesson for all parties," he said. He also added that this incident and criticism from the public must be an evaluation and an important moment for the National Police Chief to make improvements and fixed what had to be fixed.
