inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Health ensures that all Hajj medical teams are on full alert for 24 hours at various strategic points, including in flight groups, sectors, the Indonesian Hajj Health Clinic (KKHI), and health posts in the Holy Land.

"We are grateful that as of now, the health of our pilgrims is in a stable condition as our medical team is on standby 24 hours," said Head of the Ministry of Health's Hajj Health Center Liliek Marhaendro Susilo in Jakarta, Wednesday (5/14/2025).

Liliek said that promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services are carried out according to standards, with a focus on early detection and rapid treatment of diseases, especially non-communicable diseases, respiratory infections, and hysterical conditions.

According to him, during this year's Hajj season, the One Data Health System for Pilgrims was strengthened as a basis for decision-making and medical intervention. The data is integrated from embarkation in Indonesia to health services in Saudi Arabia.

Through this integration, Liliek said, the medical team can detect emergency conditions more quickly, provide appropriate education, and optimize referrals and follow-up of health services.

Liliek also appealed to the pilgrims and officers to actively update their health conditions through the available applications.

"That way, the service can be more accurate and personal," he said.

Liliek reminded the congregation to maintain physical and mental fitness, use rest time optimally, and consume at least two liters of water a day.

He also reminded the congregation to control their physical activity, considering that the peak of the hajj is still quite a long way off.

"We hope that the congregation can carry out the entire series of hajj worship, from wukuf in Arafah to throwing pebbles in Mina, in good health with their respective groups," he said.
