Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Directorate General of Immigration has deported a Swedish citizen, identified as GR (34), who is wanted for serious violent offences in Stockholm on 26 November 2025.

Authorities began tracking the Swede after receiving an official request from Swedish police on 5 November 2025. Immigration investigators traced his entry to Indonesia on 7 August 2025 using a visa on arrival. Following the detention since 18 November 2025 for visa overstay, officials placed GR on a permanent entry ban.
Sweden’s National Police Commissioner Petra Lundh thanked the Indonesian government for its cooperation in returning the suspect, who is linked to attempted murder, firearms offences, and involving minors in criminal acts.
