inp.polri.go.id - Denpasar. The Bali Provincial Directorate General of Immigration Regional Office has opened a public complaints service regarding immigration violations committed by foreign nationals (WNA).

"The public can report the whereabouts of foreign nationals who commit immigration violations," said Felucia Sengky Ratna, Head of the Bali Regional Office of the Directorate General of Immigration, in Denpasar, Bali, on Tuesday (3/31/2026).

Reports can be made through the 24-hour hotlines: the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Immigration at 0822-2161-6066, the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office at 0859-4297-1991, the Denpasar Immigration Office at 0853-3775-2245, and the Singaraja Immigration Office at 0813-5390-9733.

Tabanan Immigration is available at 0813-5332-300, Klungkung Immigration at 0851-9591-9173, and Denpasar Immigration Detention Center is available for reporting foreign refugees and asylum seekers at 0855-9999-108.

Tabanan and Klungkung Immigration are two new offices scheduled to officially open on April 6, 2026.

In Bali, there are three immigration offices: the Denpasar Immigration Office, which covers Denpasar City; Badung Regency, which covers the northern part of Badung in the districts of Abiansemal, Mengwi, and Petang; Gianyar Regency, Klungkung Regency, Bangli Regency, and Tabanan Regency.

Furthermore, Ngurah Rai Immigration Office, which covers part of Badung Regency but has a high concentration of foreign nationals, is located in Kuta, North Kuta, and South Kuta.

Next, the Singaraja Immigration Office covers the Buleleng, Jembrana, and Karangasem Regencies.

The two new offices in Tabanan and Klungkung are also expected to support Bali's tourism sector, along with the increase in international tourist arrivals.

According to data from the Bali Central Statistics Agency (BPS), a total of 6.94 million foreign tourists will visit Bali in 2025, a 9.72 percent increase compared to 2024.

Of that number, 331 people were deported in 2025 from Ngurah Rai Immigration and 28 from Singaraja Immigration.

The majority of immigration violations were violations of the law and overstaying their permits, with the top three countries of origin being Russia, Australia, and the United States.
