Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Forest Area Enforcement Task Force (Satgas PKH) has reclaimed more than 2 million hectares of forest land as of June 2025, the Task Force Chief and Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes, Febrie Adriansyah said on Wednesday (9/7/2025)..
“The total reclaimed forest area now stands at 2,092,393.53 hectares,” he said during a land handover event at the Attorney General’s Office, as quoted by antaranews.com.
The recovery was carried out in two phases between February and June 2025, involving operations across 21 provinces and over 680 companies. The reclaimed land will partly be managed by state-owned enterprise PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara.
Febrie praised field officers’ dedication and extended gratitude for multi-agency cooperation. The task force was established under Presidential Regulation No. 5/2025, signed by President Prabowo Subianto.
