Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The government will host a mass signing ceremony for 25,000 subsidized housing units on 29 September 2025, marking the largest event of its kind.

“We will carry out, for the first time, the signing of at least 25,000 subsidized homes on September 29,” said Minister of Housing and Settlement Maruarar Sirait in Jakarta on Wednesday night (24/9/2025), as reported by antaranews.com.

The central ceremony will take place in Bogor, West Java, chosen for its strong track record in subsidized housing and its high rate of extreme poverty. 

Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho of BP Tapera saud tgat the program involves mortgage financing under the FLPP scheme and will be conducted simultaneously at 90 locations across 30 provinces.

President Prabowo Subianto is expected to attend the main event in Bogor. The government is also preparing subsidized housing schemes for major cities, focusing on vertical housing projects due to limited land availability.

So far this year, 221,047 subsidized mortgages have been realized nationwide.
